We had a delightful stay at Laithong, a charming hotel with a touch of the elegance found in the Grand Budapest Hotel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the location was excellent and the staff were extremely nice, kind, and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean and filtered pool, although we wished there were more deckchairs and parasols for shade. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

Despite the flaws, the hotel had a great variety for breakfast with fresh fruit, bread and yogurt. the location is great as it is easy to access the airport and hospitals. There are many restaurants nearby to enjoy. Plus, the rooms were spacious enough to relax in.

I spent my Christmas in this hotel and wasn't that impressed. the tap water had a metallic taste and the electric sockets weren't working properly.
